Loan Deferment Forms

Borrowers who meet certain eligibility criteria may be entitled to defer principal payments on FFELP loans. The conditions for eligibility are detailed within the forms provided below:

• In-School Deferment Request

• Economic Hardship Deferment Request

• Education Related Deferment Request

• Temporary Total Disability Deferment Request

• Unemployment Deferment Request

• Military Deferment Request

• Public Service Deferment Request

• Parental Leave/Working Mother Deferment Request

• PLUS Borrower with Dependent Student Deferment Request
